Job Description:

As an Associate Designer for Western Resort Wear Brand NARY, you will play a key role in the design and development of our women's clothing and products. You will work closely with the founder to create fresh and on-trend designs that resonate with our Western target audience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing brand and make a tangible impact on our product offerings.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the founder to conceptualize and create new designs for women's apparel, including dresses, tops, bottoms, accessories, and other store items.

- Research current fashion trends, fabrics, and trims to inform design direction and ensure relevance for a Western market.

- Translate design concepts into detailed sketches and technical drawings, considering fit, construction, and manufacturing requirements.

- Work closely with the founder to source materials, create prototypes, and oversee the development of samples.

- Participate in fittings and provide feedback on fit, fabric, and construction to maintain design integrity.

- Assist and help produce photo shoots, website shoots, social media content, and product descriptions.

- Ensure that designs align with NARY's brand aesthetic and quality standards.

- Ensure we are on track and meet important industry deadlines. 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.

- Proven experience in women's apparel design, preferably in a similar role within the fashion industry.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and CAD programs.

- Strong understanding of garment construction, patternmaking, and textiles.

- Excellent sketching and illustration skills to communicate design ideas.

- Knowledge of current fashion trends and a discerning eye for style and detail.

- Effective advanced English communication skills 

- Ability to collaborate within a creative team environment.
