Nose Wire Instructions
After washing, remove wire from the care card and insert in the nose pocket seam of your mask. The opening is on the right side at the top of the mask. Bend the nose wire to fit comfortably and securely to the shape of your nose.
Filter Patterns
Give yourself further protection with a third layer. The CDC recommends using a coffee filter, but an old t-shirt, nylon hosiery, or even paper towels could work. Cut out our free filter and trace it into your filter material. You can do this in bulk with scissors. After, insert the filter through either side of your mask. It takes a second to adjust, but after you're done -- enjoy this additional peace of mind.

Handwoven Products
This product was handwoven and plant dyed under fair trade conditions.
As weaving is a hand craft, handwoven fabric may have variances like weavers knots, skips, or floats. Please know that it is not a defect of the product but a natural feature.
Natural Dyes
While safer for us and the environment, natural dyes tend not to be as color-fast as chemical dyes and may contain a natural odor. Please wash separately the first few times to allow the excess dye/smell to wash out. Follow our fabric care instructions to maintain the color of the product.
Fabric Care
To prolong the color and life of your fabric, hand wash if possible or gently machine wash in a mesh net. Use a mild color-safe detergent that is preferably ph-neutral like wool shampoo or dish-washing detergent. Dry out of the sun or tumble dry on low. Note that natural dyes fade easily in direct sunlight. Dry inside out. Iron on a medium heat. Do not dry clean, use bleach, or solvents to remove stains.
