The Rohnea high-waisted shirred tiered maxi skirt will ensure ultimate comfort and fit flexibility for all life stages. This skirt is designed to be worn with the off-the-shoulder, balloon sleeve, shirring crop top as a regal yet relaxed two-piece set. The hem of the garment hits the ankle on the average 5'5 foot height.
Please note that the shirring waistline will be half the length of last season's garment, edited to 3.1 inches (not including the ruffle).
